My name is Adam Lyon, and I'm the owner of Island Attitude Photography, LLC. Thanks for visiting me today!

I've worked incredibly hard over the last 7 years to transition into a full time, professional photographer. For 6 of those years, I did the hustle that many photographers have to do... I had a day job that I hated, a passion for photography, and a fear for leaving the comfort zone and the safety net that working another job gave me. After all, what if things are slow? In June of 2017, I finally gave myself the opportunity to take a risk, and I walked away from my day job--and I haven't looked back since. It was the best thing I've ever done! I have since had work published in a number of local publications like City Magazine, and Virginia Brew Hub, and I'm proud to say I've had work featured on Noisey--a VICE operated music network.

I've worked hard to get to where I am today... and as your personal photographer, I'll work hard for you to give you images that you can cherish until the end of time. I'm not afraid to take risks, and I think my style reflects that.
